New Bike
I currently have a R6 and I love it but I've had it for 4 seasons now and I want to switch it up. What do yous guys think a 03 R1 or Gixxer 750? I do a lot of hard street riding and love to wheelie all over the place my R6 I have to clutch the **** out of to get it up in 2nd with a +1 rear. I heard mixed **** about the R1's some say they shoot up too fast for wheelies but I know mad people that stunt em hard as hell but I want to know what yous guys think.

Re: New Bike
People with smaller bikes i.e. 600s that can stunt the **** out of the are pimp... the only reason i like liter bikes is the way they can stunt 'em slow but you can do that with the 600's too.
BTW i've seen one R6 go down in a 35 mph wheelie and tore the **** to pieces but my friend on his GSXR 600 went down at 60 MPH and just scratched the right fairing and broke the upper ..not near totalled like that R6.
I say if you get anything new go for the 7fiddy

Re: New Bike
I was told that the new R 1's are garbage for wheelies. You get bad speed wobble on long distance wheelies and the subframes are also weak. But I guess everyone has their own opinion.
Buy a gixxer 750 and buy a cnc professionally made oil pickup from LB3. You will never have to worry about the oil light showing on slow rolls. LB3 sponsored MotoPyscho's with those and Mark from MotoPyscho's says that it's
The only time the oil light comes on is when you scrape on a modified 12 bar(3-4 inches cut off a stock F.I. 12 Bar) But that's better than starving your motor of oil all the time.
I own a gsxr 1000 and you can't even get up to 10 o'clock without that stupid light coming on.
