Hey Crazy Dan and CBO

Re: Hey Crazy Dan and CBO
the femur actually feels really good and is healing well. the problem im having is that my knee doesnt bend from all the scar tissue. for some crazy reason the doctor put a brace on my leg and kept it straight for 5 weeks after surgery. 5 weeks of not bending my knee and not using my leg has resulted in a serious stiff knee and a leg without any muscle. its been 2 months now since he removed the brace and my **** is finally starting to come to life. hit the gym today for the 1st time in 3 months, it felt really good. my knee measured 91 degrees of bend.....got about 50 degrees to go befor the145 of total motion.
P.T. hooked me up with a muscle stimilator, (jackass style ****) to help with regaining muscle memory. ive been shocking my leg 3 times a day for the past month. it feels great! lol (now if im around.....watch out now for m-80s when your awake and the ol electrick stimulator when your asleep)
:YEAH

Glad to hear things are coming back to shape for both of ya! I just healed up from knee surgery and a shattered wrist last year. Total recovery was a year long, so I know how much it sucks wanting to ride, and feeling good, but just not being able to bend your knee far enough to get on the bike.
Man, I'de hate to wake up to that muscle stimulator. lol
