hmm, lane sharing, have to look that up for Mass. The closest I've come is just going up to the right side of the left turn only lane and then when the light turns green flying betwwen the left turners in front of me and the straight people on my right until I get to the front.

in cali its cool, i pass chp all the time. on the freeway its cool but you cant split the fast lane and car pool because of the huge dif in speed.

Over here (England) the traffic is so bad that it is virtually compulsory to filter (ie lane split) although the cops don't appreciate it if you take the **** and carve in and out of traffic at high speed...
And of course, a stoppie at the traffic lights helps to lighten the mood and entertain commutyers, thus relieving any road rage that is building up. Honest officer, that's why I did it, a community -spirited gesture...

There's no rush, but why not when you're on a motorcycle? It's better than sitting in traffic getting eother hot and bothered or soaked to the skin...
