Locked up and bike impounded

Locked up and bike impounded
Went riding w/ a group around 6pm. We get on the highway and a couple of pro stunters bust up a couple of long 2nd gear slow seat-wheelies.
I haven't done anything at this point.
Next thing I know a cop is right on us. Everyone splits and another cop chases them.
I pull over cause I hadn't done anything yet.
Cop says "who is your buddies..."
"I don't know them guys...saw them wheelying, so I followed them to watch".
Turn around! (cuffs me and puts me in car)
Another cop shows up and is screaming at me "who where your friends that ran from me????!!!!!"
"I dunno them guys"
BullS**t....You were doing wheelies and speeding!!!!"
"uh...no...I wasn't doing anything....I even pulled over for you guys.....(cam footage showed me doing 75)
Oh, you pulled over!!!! What a good semaritan!!!!! You were doing over 100mph....Your going to jail!!!!!!!"
"I wasn't doing 100, I was doing 75"
Other cop says "I was pacing you at over 100"
I say to myself "
: "
Then the cop that got dusted says "why is your tank dented...how many times have you crashed that bike????!!!!!
"Never, just bought it and came that way"
"You BOUGHT that peice of sh*t???!!!! You got ripped off!!!!!!"
At that point I said "whatever" and quite talking
Spent 9 hrs in jail, was booked/printed, and bike towed and impounded. Was written up for 101mph, when the camera showed me doing 75.
As the great philosophers the Starboyz once said COPS LIE (!!!!!!!!!!)
The cop that pulled me over was totally cool....he just cuffed me to scare some names out of me...he would have let me go.
The lady cop that got outran was a maniac lunatic! She is the one who got me arrested, got my bike towed, insulted me, screamed at me, etc...very unprofessional, but what I think is the norm for a cop. It is rare when they are nice and/or reasonable.
She got dusted, so I went to jail.
I can't find my title, so my bike is sitting in impound until I find it

i agree.. except my **** is a different color now dammit. but anyway, yeah i'd raise hell about that. thats straight SHAAAADY man, i'd be gettin my **** cleared. make an appoitment w/ the commissioner, all that ****.
and is it just me, or does it seem all the lady cops need to chill out and get a good dickin'?

Thats ****IN , **** those ****ers at there own game have that tape pulled.
oh yeah and call the police office file a complaint on the female officer and it will go on her perminent record , that **** pisses them off. and gets seen at promo time

Just picked up my ride from impound...
my front discs are way bent from the tow....can't touch the front brake w/out the bike going into an epileptic shudder
This whole thing is gonna cost me at least a grand...all cause I pulled over.

03gixxer1k guy who did you sue? the impound lot or the police department? if so how could you sue the police station for the bike being messed up by the tow company? just curious? i want to try!!!!!!!

Ok buddy Honestly, Bend over and ask them to use Lube Cause Your gonna get ****ed I assure you, I come from a family of officers and I've studied law myself, and the best you can do Is get the tape and have the proof of 75mph.....But if the other officer is saying that they paced you, you are totally screwed they will not back down because of the fact that they have been specially TRAINED in the art of Pacing ( which I think is ****ing BULLSHIT!!!) And as far as The Verbal abuse with the Female officer the ONLY thing you can do Is write a formal letter addressing the Chief of the unprofessional conduct of the officer and the arrest, otherwise you can not sue them for anything they say because Just like anyone else they also have the Fredom of speach.....Honestly All I can say is that if you wanna try and push it get a lawyer otherwise talk to the District Attorney and try to get a plea Bargin if you don't like that, take it to a trial...Most of the time they'll give you a good deal.
Always remember, With a cop its there word against yours, Guilty till proven innocent.....
