Re: Locked up and bike impounded

Ok buddy Honestly, Bend over and ask them to use Lube Cause Your gonna get ****ed I assure you, I come from a family of officers and I've studied law myself, and the best you can do Is get the tape and have the proof of 75mph.....But if the other officer is saying that they paced you, you are totally screwed they will not back down because of the fact that they have been specially TRAINED in the art of Pacing ( which I think is ****ing BULLSHIT!!!) And as far as The Verbal abuse with the Female officer the ONLY thing you can do Is write a formal letter addressing the Chief of the unprofessional conduct of the officer and the arrest, otherwise you can not sue them for anything they say because Just like anyone else they also have the Fredom of speach.....Honestly All I can say is that if you wanna try and push it get a lawyer otherwise talk to the District Attorney and try to get a plea Bargin if you don't like that, take it to a trial...Most of the time they'll give you a good deal.

Always remember, With a cop its there word against yours, Guilty till proven innocent.....

Good luck man,
Jey

Let me know if you have any questions, I'd be happy to help!

The video showed 70-75mph, so he said he paced us at 101
Chris was beside me, but the cop pointed at me to pull over...so Chris kept cruising at 70mph. Farther ahead the chase was going down. When they lost the bikes, they had Chris plate on video (from when we were side-by-side and the cop pulled me over) so they are saying it was him who ran (NOT ) and are charging him w/ felonies and wreckless endangerments etc...cop told him on the phone that she was gonna see him in jail
...and he didn't even run....he was behind the chase but they had his plate so...

Re: Locked up and bike impounded

Sorry buddy but your f#cked. At this point it does not matter if you are innocent or guilty. Those pigs will find a way to pin sh$t on you . Get a good lawer, feed him some money. The lawyer will feed some judges some of the money. Will you get off, probably not, but welcome to the American legal system. Yes sir , no sir tell those bastards what they want to hear. Feed them some more money to make them happy, Oh wait!!!! Stop feed them some more money and one day you wiil end up like all of those celebrities and alhletes. Off the hook, by some miracle. Money talks, if you don't have it jail is always a good second choice for working class Americans. Just my Two cents. I wish you nothing but the best brother. Sad but true, I don't pull over for any thing, its a cat and mouse game. You see me go by fast and I get away from you faster. There are no winners in the situation you are in. Good luck. Mark

Re: Locked up and bike impounded

My Girlfriend and I were arrested on our 50s because we stopped and everyone else ran! Got about 7 tickets a peice from fleeing and eluding, reckless driving, no isurence and bunch of others. spent about 8 hours in jail. But like I said, We were on 50s! After $2500 later (total for the both of us) we plead guilty to reckless driving (got court supervison) and 30 hrs community service.

one more time I was on a 50!

Re: Locked up and bike impounded

that blows dude, good luck with that, cops can kiss my ***.

I was tooling around a corner yesterday doing about 15 above the speed limit (whoop-de-****), and an town cop and a statie came around the bend the opposite way, and immediatly the wailer and lights went on. I didn't even touch the brakes, I just hammered the throttle and I was gone. (I was on my uncles bike, and I wasn't going to have it locked up on him) Just got to tone it down for a few days now.

Re: Locked up and bike impounded

I had a cop harrassing me over 10 years ago(so can't be charged over 7 years ago) This cop was a hard core drunk I knew the bar he went to. I sent my friend into the bar to see how stewed he was, and just like I expected he was **** drunk. So we waited and waited in front of the bar until he came out. He gets in his car it took him like 5 minutes just to get out of his parking spot so I knew this was my chance. I know he is probably going to head up this hill out of town and there are three traffic lights(this is key). I get in front of him and at the 2nd light we get a red light. Now the one problem with making this work is you need to have a car that you do not care if it might get a little damaged. It's like 3am and there is no one on the street(very, very important) aside from me and super cop. I put my car into reverse, gas pedal to the floor and bang, reversed right into the mother ****er. Also important make sure your passenger has a bad back or something of that nature. I knocked his lights out, radiator, wrecked the whole front of his car. So you know what that MF does, he runs about 1/4 mile away I find his car dead on the road. An on duty cop pulls up just as we get there. I get out and say "that ********** just hit me at a stop light in town and then he ran" The on duty cop realizes that one of his own just hit and run and tries to sweep the thing under the rug. I walk across the street telling on duty cop I was going to call my girlfriend. I call the local police their office, also I was afraid the local cops might stand up for this ***** so I also call the sherriff and state troopers. I walk back to the on duty and say that the troopers should be calling you on the radio in like a second they want both of you to stay right here. After numerous court dates DWI cop loses his job this was like the third straw and they had to let him go. On duty get suspended for I forget how long. My passenger gets to miss work for over a year full paid because of injuries sustainded during accident. Everybody has a weakness use it against them. Next time on "how to make the cops pay for the BS they put us through" How a 16 year old girl, a gram of coke, and a married cop in a high school parking lot at 1am makes front page news.

The only way to win against a shady cop is to be shady yourself.
