anyone ever get a driving to endanger and have to go to court ???????
got a dte up in Mane all because of a wheelie and i have to go to court in september, anyone ever try to fight one with a lawyer,or is it not worth it ??????????? ftp

we've had plenty...
but in MAINE??? you got hosed then, wheelying in maine is a dream...usually a 70 dollar ticket!!

Tiffany got one of those tickets while doen a backwards christ haha...kinda funny the cops come around the corner and see a girl standing backwards on her gastank. She told them she was practicing for a competition which she was ...so they didnt tow her bike even though they said they should of impounded the bike and took her to jail for that.
Everyone told her to get a lawyer but she got lucky...the district attorney let her off with just a no proof of insurance ticket or somethen...i think its because she was a female though...honestly i dunno... if your lucky you might not get screwed but still...if you pay for a lawyer your payen up the ***...and if you don't your payin..i can't say which is better.
Tuff decision i don't think there is one good answer.

all i can say is get as many extensions as possible. go to court (if there are no cops in the room) plead not guilty and they will set a court date. they will subpena(SP) the officer to come to court at that date. then ask for more extensions. when they will no longer give you any more extensions, go to court. they will first call your name and case and then they will call for the officer. if he is there you go up and plead no contest(DO NOT PLEAD GUILTY) and ask for traffic school. if he isnt there you get off with nothing. you may have to plead not guilty before they dismiss your case but i doubt it.

oh and as far as a lawyer. call one and ask if they give free consultations. if they do then tell him what happened and he will tell you if you need a lawyer or not.
