Re: ?'s about gsxr750
I went back to a GSXR 600, cause it had more than enough power with a lot less problems (but that's just me). 12's, high speed, whatever they are good bikes, just don't get up in the revs on the bar or coasters

i heard that about the gixxers, what do u have to do to fix the problem, and where can i get something to help the oil pickup.
p.s i've had my bike for 3 years and i havent seen the oil light come on at all while i was wheeliein, and people have told that it would if i was starving the engine of oil

Re: ?'s about gsxr750
Gixxers are allright. They feel better to me than a 929 but the 929 is the way to go if you want a bike that you dont have to work on constantly. The only thing that is real bad about the gixxers is they blow up real easy due to a shitty oil sump and pickup design. I honestly don't see how anyone can scrape highchairs or spreaders and be at high enough rpms to clutch them down without some insane gearing and not blow their **** up. I toasted a fresh motor in one day trying it. No problems since I got an extended oil pickup though.

Found that extended pickup on ebay the other night, just do a search for a gsxr engine, it should be there somewhere... Seriously though, that wont be an issue for a while, especially if your new to stunting... I think the newer gixxers are awesome, my sixxer comes up easy in first and second

I'd say go for the Zuk, I like Suzuki and Honda. Ive had 2 Suzuki dirtbikes and 3 Honda bikes.. all were very well engineered (granted the Gixxers have had some probs but mostly only for hard stunters). The 750 is a good strong motor, Ive rocked two, one stock, one geared and liked both. Revs up quick, smooth power, all around good feel to it. I did notice the geared out one (-1 +8) was pretty damn twitchy though.. I actually prefered the stock one. I guess I would suggest just being careful and taking your time.. my neighbor wadded up his '02 750 3 days after he got it on a 1st gear clutched up power wheelie ( ) basically killin it. Ironically though, he had an F4 in the garage and learned how to wheelie with it while the Gixxer was being fixed.
So I guess the moral of the story is...
