factory backed hondas are fast on the track because they have thousands of dollars worth of HRC(honda racing corp) kit parts. for a CBR to compete with a off the floor ZX10, you have to buy like 5 G's worth of crap, if you can buy the stuff at all.

it's like back in the day when people saw the RC51 tearing it up on the track, people went out and bought em, just to get beat by a R6 on the street. its because those factory RC51's had 50,000 dollar motors from honda......
