sticky throttle

i have a 98 f3 with a sticky throttle. Does anybody have any good ideas to fix this??

lube the cable? grab a can of somthing that says like chain/cable lube, get the little straw thing on the end, and squirt that **** down the cable, work the throttle, squirt some more, ect. that might help, or buy a new cable :D

1. make sure your grip isnt rubbing too tight against the switch housing.
2. make sure your bar end isnt squashed against your grip
3. make sure you throttle cable isnt too tight with the adjuster, should be a tiny bit of play.
