my first bike
ive neber rode a street bike before. i am looking at buying my first one. i found a 2000 kawasaki zx-6r for $3500. is this a good bike . i had a cr 250r dirt bike that i rode often. my buddy says i can hadle the bike . just want some other opinions .thanks

Dude, that sounds like a good first bike and the price seems pretty good too!!! Check the bike over though, see if it has a reconstucted title also, not that it really matters but its still nice to know if its been crashed or stolen or something..

I am only 16, and I have a '93 zx-6 and I love it. I am a small framed tall guy though, 140 lbs 6'0...But I can handle mine just fine. The price is great on that 2000, since I had $2500 offers on mine... I don't know why I don't sell 
I might get a gixxer if I do sell this. Is there a noticable power increase from a 600 to a 750?
Oh also, with riding dirt bikes should a help a lot stunting, when you wreck a dirt bike it hurts, but you realise how padded the grass is when you wreck on asphalt
