Yamaha make a 2 wheel driven dirtbike, the rear is chain driven and the front is hydrolicaly driven.

Re: 929s are sh*tty

So I put two stabalizers on bike to roll 200 feet. I am thinking of adding one more so I can roll 300 feet.

I also made my 12-bar Magnetic so when I try to 12-oclock I will do it by a man hole so I can scrape for-ever

I've Got 2 929's One For Street, One For Parking Lot, Man I Love'em Both. Sure, They Come Apart When They Hit The Ground, But What Doesn't? Just Take Your Time And Work Out All The Kinks, And It'll Be Back On The Street Ready For Anything.... Mad Props On Pushing It To The Point Of F@#king It Up That Bad In The First Place, Forget What Everybodyelse Is Saying, Good Riding!!!!!!!!!

Re: 929s are sh*tty

CBO, I am just asking... But honestly, have you ever scraped a highchair with a handbrake? I think it would be easier with gears than a handbrake.

I mean... what kind of handbrakes are you guys using? Cause I don't see how mine can be setup any better and it just doesnt have the power to do anything near what the regular rear brake does. My setup is a gixxer front master cylinder flipped upside down with a 65 inch steel line running to the back. I am running dual calipers. Before I changed my gearing if I was doing some 20mph or so seatstanders with the handbrake and went back to far I went on the bar.. I just couldnt squeeze the brake hard enough. With my new gearing I hardly ever use the handbrake anymore. You just dont need it with all that gearing. I am +19 btw. Unless you guys with handbrakes are using some super secret bad *** master cylinders or have some gorilla grip from hell I dont see how the handbrake is easier than engine braking/clutch.

Shut up and stunt...all of you sound like a bunch of **** with small shafts!!!

Let the guy speak his peice...

That's cool that you wanted to vent, but I suggest that if you really hate your bike so much, you should just get another one or stop stunting the peice of Sh*t!!!

It should lock up on you easy. It can only be a few things wrong, bad master cylinder, needs to be bled a whole lot more, bad caliper, or a leak. My friend has one on his gix750 and you don't have to even squeeze it that hard to lock up the rear and slide. Make sure that you bleed it right side up or the bottom dip in the cylinder will hold an air bubble.

Re: 929s are sh*tty

Dude,,
I love posts like this one... I mean you gotta have no brain at all to say the 929 is shitty. I have had problems with my 954 but I'm not crying you know why? huh? do you? It's because I know that no bike was designed to stunt. There are a lot modified to stunt but the point of a lieter bike is not to wheelie, endo, burnout, ext. However, they can do those things.
stupid crying sissy. I had to replace half of my transmission over the winter but i know what caused the problem,,,me. Same thing with every other thing that's gone wrong with the bike. If your gonna play hard with your toys don't cry when you break em.
929 is shitty,,,that's a hell of a statment. So your telling me your smarter than the geniuses that designed the CBR FIREBLADE! I am hearing you correctly right, when you can barely type a few posts on a forum. That's what your telling me?

oh hey everyone we got a mental fuggin giant here.

Oh ya and one more time,,,IT'S NOT THE BIKE, DUMBASS, IT'S WHAT YOU ARE DOING WITH IT AND HOW YOU TREAT IT.

Re: 929s are sh*tty

Ya, ok so maybe that's harsh and I'm a butthole but seriously it's not the bikes fault nor the people that designed it.

Read the paragraph under the first set of 3 pictures. I remembered seeing it in Motorcyclist a few years ago. I did a search on Google and that's the first page that came up. I'm sure there is more info out there but I don't care to look for it.
