Windows Movie Maker

Anyone ever use Windows Movie Maker to edit their videos? I can't figure out how to mute an individual clip and its driving me nuts

you using movie maker 2? cause thats the newest version.

but just to let ya know, movie maker sucks the biggest nards on the planet for editing video's. you can't do sh**. I have no idea how to mute. and you can't add music i don't think.

Yea I d/l'ed movie maker 2 after I posted this . . . you can mute individual clips within a video . . . and yes you can add music, I'm workin on a pretty kick *** vid I'll upload here when I'm done . . . you can pretty much do anything you want with movie maker 2, 10x better than mm1 . . . :YEAH

naa man mine came out great . . . I'd upload it but its like 60megz and its only a few minutes long . . . one day I'll figure out how to compress video . . . compressing it as a zip only reduces the size about 1/10th of a megabyte

In WMM2, pick Save to My Computer, then pick Best quality for file size: and use the down arrow to take it down to about 10MB. Quality will still be pretty good for a 4 minute video.
