**97 900rr with full exhuast system,jet kit,and a power commander**

my bud is thinkin of getting it , is it good for slow stuff with all that stuff on iy ,wat should we take off to it make good for the slow ****?

I think everything sounds good except for the Power Commander. I suggest you/him not getting it for that bike....

LOL...Power Commanders are for FI bikes...The 9RR's were all carburated

yea i sat here and read "900rr" and "power commander" and i thought i was still drunk.

**** that ****, will people ever stop buying pointless junk for their bikes thinking it will make them do tricks better? non of that will help him at all, he'll die if he rides the bike with that one it.

seriously, more power just means twitchier throttle. ride it stock cause if you jet it, you'll be screwing with it every week with fouled plugs nad trying to get it dialed in. i know, i used to race bikes and every race we had to tune the bike to the air temp and humidity. just leave it alone and ride it. if you find a situation that you actually need that 2hp that you'll get, then put it on, but i doubt you will.

guys! the the baike that he entends to buy already has these stuff on he didnt add anything thats why i asked and about the power commander i was wrong its some other computer

Maybe the seller was just trying to get the bike sold or maybe he got the years mixed up. HHMmmmm...that's kinda funny anyway.
