New Issue of Super Streetbike
I got a phone call this morning from one of my boys at CCC. "Dude, your on the back page of some magazine we just got" my boy tells me. So I cta'd my way to Borders, and sure enough, there it was. Opened it up to the back page, and there I was, pimping on the ole' Vino. While I enjoyed my chicken fajita burrito from neighboring Chipotle, I flipped through the pages w/ a smile on my face. SSB is handling coverage and exposure of our sport in an awesome fashion and they deserve props. Which they got by the handfulls in the "Shout Outs" section. I personally respect the controlled environment aspect of the magazine. Like anything else there is always room to improve. For starters, they could please me a bit more by utilizing a caption that includes atleast my name.
Either way it's still a huge step in the right direction. I also enjoyed the topic of discussion in editor-in-chief Aaron Frank's "12 O'Clock" column. He was bringing to light how choppers are now mainstream, when only a few years ago they were outlaws that everyone hated. My my, how the tables can turn.

If you can't find copies on the newsstand, you can always order direct from Primedia: call 866-601-5199 or email backissues-mailorder@primedia.com and ask for Super Streetbike Summer 2004.

We're on a few hundred more newsstands this time compared to our distribution for previous issues, so it should be even easier to find. We're on basically the same distribution plan as Sport Rider, so anywhere you'd usually find SR you should find SSB.
