Well why in the hell not?
I don't want my **** getting tore apart first time I get ready to go and drop the bike.

Think it'd help better than frame sliders.. IMHO

Anyway,
If you all can recommend some cages for a 2001 Yamaha YZF-R6 i'd appreciate it.. Thanks!
if you drop the bike w/ the cage , itll be easier to pick it up.

Re: Cage Question

I got a freestyle ingenuity cage . . . just yesterday I ate crap working on sit-down 12's and my bike fell over so hard the slider left a half-inch gash in the concrete, rode my bike home though!!

Re: Cage Question

do the 905 cages have sliders on the ends like the powers? and does this really make a difference?

No they don't have sliders and I think it would help. My buddy dumped his shi7 trying 12's the other day and his bike landed flush on the left side, closing up the top mount hole. Now he has to pry open that hole if he needs to take the cage off. The rubber slider would've taken the impact instead of the steel. Hell, I'll replace a rubber slider now and then Besides that, that cage held up like a champ and nothing else on that bike broke off :YEAH just my
