Injury

I was on a road that I was unsure of, but was just havin too much fun, so I went to roll a stoppie at a red light. I caught a bit of bad pavement, and the front tire lost grip, and slid out from under me. I put my right foot down (@ 40 km/h) to save the bike. I kept it up, but today my knee is ****ed. I hit the ground REALLY hard with my foot. Has anyone else jammed their knee like this. I have it in a brace today to keep it straight. It hurts when I bend and/or twist it.

Any comments or whatever . . . . . ?

I'm not to sure....All i can say is try to keep bending it every day...dont let it get stiff on you...that was a mistake i made when i blew my knee out....just take it slow but keep flexing(bending) as much as you can..

Re: Injury

I sey up that knee brace so its flexable, it just keeps it from twisting. Feels alot better already and I'm riding again. Just gotta watch not to twist it, or put stress on the knee.

Thanx dude.
