Question 905 cage problem with F3

hey guys, I just bought a 905 cage for my f3 and the shi7 don't line up!!! Anyway I try it, it just doesn't fit. I noticed behind the '905' name plate that comes with the cage that it says 'F4'. I'm guessing they sent me the wrong cage Is it possible the F4 cages just don't line up to the F3 mounts? Has anyone experienced this? I already left Aaron a message but have yet to hear from him. I'm sure I'll hear from him soon. Any feedback would be great, l8r.

F3 and F4 should be different cages as the mounts on the engine are different.

She should help you out, thats definately the wrong cage, you recieved an f4/f4i cage on accident apperently. In my experience they should help you out promptly!

or you could just sell me the cage cheap as hell!!!! LOL....just joking...yea there shouldn't be any way to get those two cages interchangeable. BTW, how does the cage feel? Rock solid or a little iffy? I'm going to be getting a setup for my 2 bikes soon, and I can't really decide who to go with. Talked to Tim Barnes today, POB was doing a show in Granbury of all places and I went to see them, but I've heard good and bad about both companies.

the 905 cage is solid. I have both, FI on my R6 and 905 for my F3. I bought the FI for my R6 a year or so ago. When FI started putting them out. I'll tell you one thing, all this debating about the cages, I crashed my shi7 with the FI going 55mph and was able to ride away, minus broken tail section and headlights and oh yeah, a broken hip. Also crashed doing wheelies and some stoppies and the FI cage always held up. I haven't 'tested' the 905 yet but I will soon I'm sure it will hold up also. bottom line, they're both outstanding cages! I just think the 905 has an overall evenly coverage. NOt just one 'major' piont of contact. Get it? Good because it's 2am and I'm tired as 4377! There's my
