new idea (i think) for a trick

Has anyone tried using a throttle lock during a wheel in order to do a high speed no throttle wheelie? What i'm saying is that after you get a 2-3 gear wheelie up, you give the bike a little extra throttle and lock it. Then you would just use the rear brake to ride the wheelie. I think a 50mph sit down no handed wheelie would be the pimpest **** ever.

Get some rubber bands and give it a shot! No doubt it'd be pimp.. but...

No way i could do it. I just want to see someone else try. And I was thinking of an actual throttle lock that you can buy for $10, not rubber bands.

what we have here is a new high risk trick.

it would be hard, but do-able i would think. closest i'd ever get to doing that is a NTH coaster at 50mph....screw all that throttle lock stuff. i don't even trust those things on 2 wheels. :YEAH

Re: new idea (i think) for a trick

Just got in from a session.. tried this in 2nd and 3rd. Got it first try in 2nd going like 20mph, i'm sure ill have 3rd later on today. Not to hard if you already have sit down no handers plus i noticed it feels more stable since you have speed and dont have to fight side to side as much.
