Re: Who stunts a financed bike?

Man, you guys must be getting raped on the purchase price of these bikes, with essentially no down payment, too. So you're getting raped on the price and financing at the dealership. Then you go out and screw yourself some more. A couple years down the line you're still paying for a bike you probably don't even have anymore. Sounds like you guys really love stunting or you really like bending over

Re: Who stunts a financed bike?

owe about 2500 on my 750 , still have full coverage and haven't made any claims so the value of my bike pretty much stays the same no matter how hard I stunt it

Re: Who stunts a financed bike?

I paid cash for my first few. My first "new" bike was an F3 I paid $7,099 for it and totaled it in 4 months .......got $3,800 from parting it out.
My buddy Brandon had a 02 GSXR 750 brand new, totaled in 10 months.....he's curently still fighting the bank and insurance co. because they considered it totaled even though it has never been wrecked lol.... they said "they've seen plenty of totaled bikes, but this one is so bad even the bone yard guy turned it down!" the frame is cracked in 6 places, all the plastic is trashed if its even there, two different wheels w/cords wraped around everything, knocking motor, missing misc. pieces....seat, air box, lights ect........
Now that I'm a home owner my spending habits have changed a bit and I'm married to my beatin 929 with $4,800 to go on it

Re: Who stunts a financed bike?

I still owe $5000 on my **** box and it's not even worth half of that! Stunted the crap out of it for 2 years and now I'm slowly putting it back together looking nice.
