What physical training do you do for stunting?
For me i do situps, hit the speed bag and run before i go to work. (usually do the running 3-5 times a week) everything else everyday.
I also try to stretch daily. Eventually i am going to sign up at a gym again.
I am curious what some of you do? Feel free to go in detail for exercises that you may feel would be helpful for specific stunts.
(for example i have to stretch and be flexible to get my feet over for highchairs otherwise i get a charlie horse or get a muscle spasm)

1st thing I do is hit McDonalds in the morning for a big breakfast
2nd thing i do is hit Burger king for lunch
3rd thing I sleep alot
4th smoke as many cigarettes as possiable
5th thing I do is the Old Flip the license plate excersise for about 1/2 hr a day to make sure i'm ready for action
6th thing....nevermind you get the point

ride dirt, ride street, eat, sleep, REPEAT
in the winter whillywhack we shovel snow, lift, do cardio, and watch old bike races and read bike magazines and play bike video games....yes i have a problem

i work out 5 times a week, well the last 2 weeks ive only gone 3 times a week. but i have a sick trining schedule. i dont lift just for riding but it definately helps.
i stretch for like 5 min before i start everyday,then i run for 15min, after i run on mondays tuesdays and wednesdays i do a crazy ab workout . i do 4 sets of 15-20 (roman chair situps)(dip bar straight leg raises)(side to side roman chair sit up)(hanging leg raises legas straight)this **** hurts for days. i then go on to work out two body parts a day and on friday i go back and go through every body part i feel didnt get a tip top workout.
but thats just me. i like being in good shape but the blunts kill my lungs.
