what I do
I run alot............ from the cops, thats the excerscise that I get.....**** I ride once a week, sleep most the time and smoke alot of dro.... and sex ....thats the wheelie mix.....

Just a normal workout routine developed for the Oklahoma Sooners. It is good workout, but the 2 whopper meals for $6 is killing me. went from 194 to 202 in a week in half.
back to cardio and situps.

For a balanced diet what you do is eat lead paint chip's off the walls and breath in aspestos falling from the pipes in the ceiling and finally chug down a ice cold beer of choice and you will be ready to stunt
