Yeah im pretty sure ill be able to handle it if i take it slow at first. I come from racing mx and have ridden plenty of street bikes whether it be sport or cruiser so its FAR from my first time on a motorcycle. And FHL is preaching to me when he is 16 and has got a thread about wanting a busa or z1000 to cruise around town. To0o each there own, but i think the 750 is the way to go, the guy is willing to go to 7 grand think thats a good buy still, the bike does have some extras on it also.

 

You never said it wasn't your first time on a street bike so how was I supposed to know? I guess the 750 will be fine then.

What the **** is your problem with my age and buying a Z1000. I don't "cruise" around town, I was simply implying that I don't own a car and I have to ride my bike around town every day.

 

well, I paid 7900 for mine last year april, one of my boys is a salesman at a suzuki dealer here in Chicago and he told me they were selling the 03 750 models for 7200.

 

FHL i got no problem with you buying a z1000, i could care less i just got from it that you wanted it to put around on ,my bad! And about selling the 03 750's for 7200 is that with tax and all other fees or is there stuff added to that, and what dealer is it in chicago? CCC or champion?

I also forgot to mention this bike has on it a fender eliminator, brakelines, yosh exhaust, sliders, and a new winshield. and only 1600 miles on it

 

Sounds like a pretty good deal. Those accessories are worth around 500 dollars.

 

i thought they were selling 04s for 7200. makes sense now. they got 954s out here for 7900 out the door
