people have done it nasty, wheel is taken from the F3s. I'm pretty sure stock 96-97 900rr rotors bolt right on, then that takes care of the rotor/caliper clearance problems. You'd have to move teh fender up a little, but i think if you run a lower profile front tire, you'd only have to move it a little bit. i thought yours came with a 17" wheel already??

put an entire 929 front end on...gives you better suspension, brakes, and your 17 in rim....not the greatest for handling the twisties, but def better for stunning...the other option is the f3 business, but i believe you have to move the spacers around a bit ( i forget though)

i got a whole 929 front end on my rr...was a piece of cake to put on......only thing that doesnt work is the locking mechanism....the brakes alone are worth the trade...makes long stoppies a joke.....my tmmate john always uses my bike when he does endo comps....plus the front end is just better as a whole susp everything.....

For stunting the 16in rim really dosn't matter the only reason U trade to a 17in rim is 1. easer to find tires 2. they handle alot better with the 17 up front. :YEAH
Anyone have a full 929 front end for sale
I have aout 000.00$ to spend on it

17 incher off a f3 will bolt right onto a 93-97 rr no prob. ive got a rr and a f3 and just wanted to see what it would do.honestly i didnt make a **** of difference . but i put the 16 back on cause i like the wider tire. just my
