I understand your desire to protect yourself, what I don't understand is your level of IGNORACE why would you possibly think you would get away from the man by shooting one? They don't get out of the car untill they've radioed a description of thr vehicle being stopped, location, ect. So, what you're really saying is that you want to add 1st. degree intentional homocide of officer so&so to the list of charges before they lock your azz up for about the next 50 years? Leaving the taxpayers to support your dumass while you sit in jail ****in off and doin nuthin. Sounds like a great plan Eienstein

[QUOTE=Kawkidd]"Secondly a person with a knife within 26ft of you is as dangerous as a person with a gun 1 ft from you."

This is B.S....... I admit it would still be a dangerous situation if the right person had the knife....But I still like my chances.

You get 1ft from me and I have a gun/pistol and I feel my life is in jeapordy...I guarantee you'll be doin a lip stand in the middle of the street w/your freshly parted hair.

2nd....Who cares if someone carries a weapon while they ride???It's that persons buisiness esp. when they have a lisc.

Half of you knuckleheads break the law all the time and you're worried about a few riders that carry??? Doesn't make since! Your more apt to cause a death w/ stunting on the street than we are of pulling a pistol.

Hey AS*HOLE, why don't you read all my other posts before you climb the ladder to your friggin soapbox. First, the line quotation that I was trying to use was from someone else's post. Second, I don't care if someone carries as long as they're responsible about it. And lastly I would appriciate for future reference that you not stereotype any/all of the riders here at StuntLife as knuckleheads or any other derogatory names ect. I'm just wondering? If we're knuckleheads why do you visit the site?

Re: Do you pack or not when stuntin?

Its cool man.....I'm kinda bummed now. Just got done watching the story on Tillman on ESPN. True MODERN DAY HERO!!!!!
Kinda makes you think about life and what its about.

C`ya around BUTTERCUP

BTW I'll take a custom chopper any day.

You picked the name KNUCKLEHEAD out but, did you get the point ?
I stunt but I'm particular about where I do it. I dont put others in danger. I guess I'm somewhat of a KNUCKLEHEAD for the type of riding we do.

On the Tillman deal I feel ya, def a HERO to the letter. Yes, I do get the point on the KNUCKLEHEAD phrase too I just had to bust your stones a little, I don't *** around 2 much on the streets either and boy do I take alot of sh*t for it from some of the guys I ride with. You know that can be I'm sure, just because they don't care about tickets or the ever present dumfuk in a minivan they want to talk mad chit when your not standing it up in traffic. At any rate SUGARPLUM glad to have met 'ya and until my wonderful state decides to give me my right to protect myself I'll be here jealous of all those of you who can legally... Take it easy KNUCKLEHEAD,and for the record I'd ride the chit out of a custom any day also but I don't have the requisit 35-40k to build one!

Re: Do you pack or not when stuntin?

i'm always packin' one of my glocks. if i'm gonna be out on the street stuntin' i usually leave it in the truck. cops already pissed if he catches ya and bein' strapped is not gonna make him any happier, even if ya tell him(which i always do) up front.

What info do they base this on? If someone is 26ft from me and holding a knife and I've got my 1911 can anyone guess how this ends? Oh and for another quote.
" Don't ever bring a knife to a gunfight"
I agree, but I've also been through the training and seen what a person with a knife can do. I'm not talking about being at the ready with the gun, I'm talking about walking in on a situation and your weapon is still holstered.
