thankful to be alive

this has nothing to do with stunting, but im thankful to be here to tell you this, last friday night i was involved in an accident where a pickup stopped to quick in front of me, and i locked up the breaks on my bike, i couldn't stop and hit the pickup at about 40 mph, my body hit the truck first so i saved the bike from most of the damage, i was walking around in the road and little did i know, i had internal bleeding, finding this out at the local hospital in New Milford CT they life flighted me to Hartford hospital i was treated and watched for five days and the bleeding stopped on its own so i was sent home, now i can;t do anything for 3 months. but the doctors said iwas lucky and i almost didn't make it.

everyone becareful out there, even if ur not stunting there are a lot of dangers.

keep it safe
-Jesse

Re: thankful to be alive

that sucks dude. a lot of bike wrecks they take you to the hospital for observation even if nothing is wrong for that same reason. i worry about that, i'm glad it hasn't happened yet. that can really catch you off guard.

glad you walked away ok.

Re: thankful to be alive

i was looking at my bike the other day and the frame is cracked where the footpeg bolts on, i broke the 2 bolt holes off in the accident, does anyone think they will total my bike b/c of that?

i can have them welded back on, but i just dont want the insurance company to total it out.

Hate To Tell Ya This But If There Is Any Damage To The Frame The Total The Bike. Cuz Labor And Parts Will Be Over The Value Of The Bike. I Know You Are Alive Now But I Bet The Words I Just Told Ya Killed You. Sorry Bro

Glad Your Still With Us Though.
