Stoppie Headshake

I bought a new bike ( 04 R1 ) and I have caught a few bad head shakes while in a stoppie. Does anyone know what might cause this. My last bike had a toby adjustable steering damper and the new R1 only has this non adjustable dampner. Could this be the problem.

Maybe buy a stunt bike? Or try to find a stabilizer bar for it

I figured it had a lot to do w/ the dampner. Never thought about the air pressure though, Thnx Darius
