Anyone else have this happen after stunting?
whenever i go out and stunt for awhile 2-4 hours, well first my hands start to cramp up and my legs are sore next day but thats expected but the wierd thing is my eye starts to twitch. my left eyelid will have like spasms in it and kinda blink without blinking... its wierd to explain but anyone else get an eye twitch after stunting ?

That could be coming from that boxing your doing! Yeah mine do too sometimes but I don't know if that's caused from stuntin, wind etc. I wouldn't think but you never know.

umm...mine has done that randomly before.
and i do get sore from riding...it's called practicing. you ride like you're suppose to and you're going to get sore. if you're not sore, you're not riding hard enough.

you dumbass read my post i said thats expected obviously if i'm do repetive motion for 3-4 hours i will get sore, i wonder why you dont complain about your hand and forearm being sore more often, oh well i guess after you do something all the time your muscles stop getting sore :jerkoff :P i'm just playing B.

damn straight, smart response. potassium in banannas will help your muscles break down the lactic acid they build up when you work hard....and it prevents cramping too.

Na for real. I used to race motocross for team Kawi when i raced the minis. I raced wit Stewart, Chisholm, Keylon, Eveneau. everyone. And every morning starting before practice at 6 AM, We had to eat a banana every hr. It helped us not to get armpump (a problem many racers get). It makes all of your muscles stretch easier. Just my
