to my knowledge atlease 16 or have a drivers liscense, you can take a class that will teach you to ride and also get you your endorsement at the same time, as far as size they dont care its what you can afford. They will sell you a bike without and endorsement but its alot easier to take the class let them teach you some things and test you then just go get your bike liscense(endorsement).then when you get a bike you can just ride.
and as far as stunting , not a new bike, any thing but new it is going to get dropped.
