Re: Stunt Shows
legal or illegal? tried to get one rollin here in jerzee but it's a pain in the ***. either there is no place to get one going due to people not wanting to be responsible for anything that happens or the city give u probs with it. one dude said he would let us use the parking lot at a industrial park but the town said if we did it permits had to be taken out, emt's had to be there(that we have to pay for) and there have to be porta johns. who's forking out the money? if it's not one thing it's another. plus it's like nobody will show if there are no big names there. what ever happen to doing this **** for fun.

"Midwest Bike Fest" here in Minnesota. We're doing three shows that day and a local team called Metal Fatigue is doing two dirt bike/quad freestyle shows. Bands, food, "best of show for $" American, Sportbike, Foreign.
Check out the calander on SL or we've got more info about it at www.Streetcowboyz.com (schedule)
Hey Kav...**** like PP and noise permits are the little things wait till you see the bill for insurance and for police not to mention security oh yeah and then you've got.......ah it goes on. That's why you get locals involved. Hit me up for a PM and I'll try to point you in the right direction!!!

Re: Stunt Shows
true that pepe...good looks on the help. it almost seemed like a good idea in the beggining but slowly heading south. like u said try and get local stunt crews to help but they ether want their names in lights and don't wanna help fund or they wanna get paid to put the show on. all i wanted to do was to give all the local stunters a chill place to hang and stunt legit like. almost like a way to get the stuntin community togeter in one spot...a way to see all the crews unite for fun, no comps....**** that sounded corney.......good looks evryone

Re: Stunt Shows
I hear you Kav.
We even tried to just set up a date that was easy for everyone to get together like 1st sunday of each month and then go ride* free for all * from there but that didn't "fit people's schedule". oh well. we just go practice with our crew and for those who want to meet up, that's what cell phones are for I guess.
