I just bought a crappy stunt bike from my friend at A&J cycle salvage,it has an R-title I sighned the papers at the shop and they sent me a purple title, I hear I'm suppose to get before and after pics to get it on the road,and send them somewhere? Can someone shed somelight on this subject.

 

not sure on your laws there. but here. all u have to do. is fix whatever u think needs to be fixed. then get an inspection. if it passes inspection, you are on the road.
i had a car that was written off. bassically because the fender that had to be replaced was worth more than the whole car. so i sold it to someone for a 100 bucks. they drove it straight to the inspection place and it passed right there.

 

what kind of bike did you cop and how much you spend..?

 

I got a 2001 R6 $2300. It is rashed on the left side but thats it,I'm just going to wrap it in camo, and beat it

 

sounds like a nice deal. depending on how bad it is ratched.
