Cage Question???
A friend of mine and I are building a crash cage this weekend for my TL1000R. Using 1", 1/8th square tubing, if anyone has any advice on the subject it would be appreciated...just dont wanna f@(k it up too badly. Thanks

That's what I used for my cage...it worked great. Strong as hell. On the pieces that I used to attach to the engine and frame were about 1 3/8 round tubing. My only advice is don't make them anything like the FI cages...No one that I know has had good luck with those. Make at least 2 major (preforable 3) mounting points off the frame or engine. On mine I have one mount that is both the frame and engine, one that is the engine, and one that is frame. Good luck.
