Just an idea. Get that non-slip stuff you can put in you shower or bathtub. Kinda like grip tape but more rubbery. seems like it would still grip well without tearing up you pants as much.

heres the one i had on my gsxr.... works great if your tank isnt dented in yet... maybe i should buy a **** load from here and sell them to you guys at cost.... you guys dont have any surf shops there???? i just go to any one of the hundreds and they have some cool ones too w/ cool designs..... as for mines i just cut mines up and filled as much blank spots as possible.

Um, all I have to say is that in my experience, it doesn't matter what kind of grip you have on your tank, after doing high chair wheelies and endoes for a month, you're going to have a dented tank any damn way, so just save the time and worry and dent it in now.

I know the tank is going to dent my is already dented naturaly but I still wanted some more grip though. Hey man you can send some of that stuff my way the closest surf shop is about 2hr away

well they range from 20-40 bucks......... starting from the 30 bucks ones they are seperatable....ill have to double check this weekend though.....havent been to the surf shops for awhile.
