Re: Quick question
a friend of mine blew his out....it messed up endos and the fluid gets everywhere (radiator, plastic, brakes) We zip-tied rags on. Then when we took it apart we noticed that one fork was 2-3 mm higher than the other....figured w/ the fork being blown it moved coming down hard from a wheelie. but he did ride for about 2 months with them both blown.

Re: Quick question
Just fix them asap. I let mine go for a while and all the oil f-ed up my rotors. If you let it go too long it will ruin your forks. Just cough up the money and fix them and get new pads and clean the hell out ot your rotors.

Re: Quick question
mine have been gone since about august. i used to replace them but got lazy. i zip tied rags to keep it off my rotors. it rides bouncy as hell, and if you aren't ona smooth surface it causes endo's to not hook up and headshake.
i need new forks cause one of mine is bent and the otehr has nicks in it which wears seals out fast.

Re: Quick question
ya, if you have nice forks, i'd replace them asap. they aren't hard to replace. i've done it many many times on mine. my forks are just junk so i don't screw with it anymore.

Re: Quick question
fork seals suck to get fixed. if you got one thats bad you might as well get them both done while its down. can be expesive to fix if you dont have a hook up....
