Anyone stunt a Honda 600 f3?

I am getting a 600 F3 just for a spare (got it used and extremely cheap) does anyone actually stunt these? I figured I could use this as a practice bike to save my GSXR1k a bit of dmg =).

Few Questions -
anyone successfully stunting them?
someone know where I can get sprockets for them? (URL?)
Can you convert these into a mono-seat to get rid of the ghey bananna seat?

Thanks!

yep, GREAT stunt bikes. cheap/lots of parts readily available. the only drawback is a welded subframe. you can get sprokets from www.sprocketspecialists.com

lots of companies make solo tails...ive got an airtech that i havent painted yet. looks nice though. actually dont know if im gonna use it... gotta have room for the ladies ya kno

+5 enough for slow 12's? =)

I'm a big guy also, getting my fatass up in the air might take more than +5 haha

Re: Anyone stunt a Honda 600 f3?

No -2 +5 will definatly be big enough. i'm running stock and i'm rolling slowish stuff pretty easily. its better to learn on stock then go. i'm planning on -2 +2 pretty soon. these are AWSOME stunt bikes. many people are stunting them. very powerful engine for an older model. was one of the best bikes untill injection came about. TOUGH AS HELL. these bikes can be abused and still still run great. it will be nice for you to learn on a 600 then convert to your 1k because it will take more skill to learn on the 600 so when ya hop on the 1k it will be a breeze.

Re: Anyone stunt a Honda 600 f3?

Actually, I learned on the 1k -- I'm just using the 600 as a practice/throw around bike.

1k will soon have an FI crash cage, but still - I don't wanna **** up the 1k for practice runs in parkinglots/air strips, rather have the 1k for the 90mph stand ups on I5 =)

Re: Anyone stunt a Honda 600 f3?

that bike rocks, i started stuntting on the same thing(f2), i could do stunts very well on it but soon found the end, moved to a gixxer 750. i still cant stoppie the 750 like i did on the honda. dont know about the slow stuff cuz i learned that on the 750.

I love my F3....It will take a thrashing and keep going. I'm -2 +6 and about to be +17. A little gear goes a long way.

Re: Anyone stunt a Honda 600 f3?

i've got a '98 F3. -1/+1 sprockets. Can't stunt it for **** though In 1st it comes up nice off the throttle, and I can't clutch it up in 2nd for anything so go figure.

Crunchy is fine - having a hole about the size of a golfball in the left rear isn't (Just annoys me really).

Re: Anyone stunt a Honda 600 f3?

i stunt mine. im only -1 in the front seems fine to me. used to pull up on throttle when i put the gear on. but its not running right right now. wierd prob 1st is just about all there 2nd is about 60 % there 3rd is about 30% there and 4th 5th and 6th are worthless. can't go abouve 65 mph.
