Place to stay for FREE in Missouri

I have some rental property in Springfield, Missouri and I have one unit open one block away from where I like. I am considering just opening it up for a weekend and invite down some stunters to stay for free. I can furnish a large 2br/2ba duplex and all utilities with a big 1 car garage (should fit 10 bikes). You bring bikes/beer/babes. I have talked to Matt Weber about coming down to Springfield and he seems to like the idea. Our stunt area is about 2 miles from the property.

What do you guys think, would anyone have an interest in coming to Spfd, MO?

Re: Place to stay for FREE in Missouri

Damn, I am surprised there has already been this much response. Keep them coming. I also welcome any comments/suggestions. I would be willing to do this a few times a year as long as **** did not get torn up, I want to have a nice place for my tenants to move into.

Re: Place to stay for FREE in Missouri

Sounds like a good time. You guys have a good spot down there? Like away from the street racers and where the cops won't fugg with ya too much? Soon as the weather returns to normal sounds awesome

Yeah, there is a place pretty close in an industrial area. It is somewhat small, maybe 1/8th mile. It is a cul-de-sac, straight stretch, and another cul-de-sac. It looks like a dogbone.

Re: Place to stay for FREE in Missouri

How big of a concern do you think it is? I really expect if I would let people stay Fri/Sat/Sun free they would keep in cool in order to ensure an invitation back.

Thoughts?

I think most would be cool. There were 25 people in the same house at Des Moines and nuthing bad happened...except the 50's in the house.

Re: Place to stay for FREE in Missouri

i'll go for sure and i really dont think it will be that big of a deal. just get a few people to agree to semi-bounce it and make sure no one is a dumbass. i sincerly hope no one would do anything stupid though with someone being so generous. but just get a few people (count me in) that will kick the **** outta anyone that is trying to disrespect your property after you are being so kind. i'm actually kinda sad that this is even an issue because it really shouldn't people hsould just be cool and respect others things from the get go.
