I appreciate hearing that. I really do not expect it will be a problem. I would need to get something together soon because I will be replacing the carpets in Feb. and do not want beer and **** on the new $2500 worth of carpets. I will keep you guys posted. I will prolly need an exact head count to make sure we don't end up with 70 people and breaking fire code, ending me up with a $1000 fine.

I am excited, this should be cool as hell. I have a second place open, but it is like 30 mins away, NO carpet, and only 1 working bathroom (total remodel).

Re: Place to stay for FREE in Missouri

Since I have to do this soon, how much notice do you guys need? If I see a clear weekend forecast on Wed. for FRI/SAT/SUN one week, is 3 days notice gonna work?

Re: Place to stay for FREE in Missouri

Does anyone still have an interest? Good and bad news:

Good: This place is much bigger with a bigger garage, wet bar, etc.

Bad news: It is nicer and REALLY needs taken care of.

Who would want to come down in 2 weeks (Sept 10-12th)?
