Well hey Its Droptop From Scooter Trash and I am here to tell my little story.... This Fuc kin sucks....... I never really was against cops until yesterday... I have alot of friends that our cops and who ride and support Scooter Trash....

Well Yesterday I go over to my friends house and he says hey you got some mail...Im Like ok.... Its 3 pieces of mail from the DMV. They say your Liscence is Suspended.. Im like what the fuc k so Theres a # on the bottom of the paper so i call the courts... There like do you own a motorcycle... I said yes but its not registered and I cant ride it on the road..... Shes like the police in October wrote you 3 tickets ...For riding a stand up wheelie down the wrong way @ 100 mph with no helemet...;.... Im like what the fuc k..... Im like I never got no tickets... she's like sir your not even allowed to see the judge.... because they already passed judgment on you.... Im Like how in the fuc k can I get tickets and not even be pulled over....

For one thing if I would have been cought doing this I proably would have went to jail not to mention that my bike is not registered or never has been... shes like sorry sir that will be $500 to get your liscece back.......

Well thats about the summary of my situation... It fuc kin sucks.... so when cops are like why are you an *** hole they should know why.... Not to mention that we did a fundraiser for that city about a month before this show.... FTP

id get a lawyer and try and find the issuing officer and see if he actually did write the tickets or what

Yeah I know the *** hole cops.. I know them they probably did write them... I just understand how they told the courts they pulled me over when they didnt...... I dont even have a plate on my bike.... The only reason they knew it was me was because I grew up in that city.... On the tickets had none of my information except my name and Drivers liscence #... Sucks *** for sure.....Cops are corrupt.

The bitch about it was I was trying to do a wheelie that day but it was too cold out side... My tire was just spinning like crazy and my front end would not lift at all.... Just sucks and shows what cops are made of when they are jealous.......

I am going to call my lawyer though... Since they never physically pulled me over... How do they know it was me on the bike...

One of the tickets was a defective equipement ticket.. What did they think I was going to take my bike to the police station to get it inspect so they could pull me over more.... Are they fuc kin nuts.... Ohhh well good thing I got a good job.......

you need to get a lawyer. I had the same thing happen to me. Cop sent me a ticket in the mail for careless driving saying i did a wheelie when i never got stopped. I had my ex on the back at the time, as they described I had a passenger in court. My ex was like WTF, I don't remember you doing a wheelie? I said exactly, but anyways. Get a lawyer and fight it.

About your cops being friends. Yeah, they can be your friends. When they are on duty, most cops are a completely different person. I know i might **** alot of people off by saying this...but...
after what happened to me another time (me stopping and catching 6 points when i did nothing, and my boys ran)...i am not stopping anymore. Screw them. I ride alot more sensible on the road now. However, once those cherries go on, i'm gone. No more of this BS. I'm sorry, i have lost all respect for CERTAIN cops (read my thread i am about to post). You wanna pull me over, go ahead, try it.

You'll never win that one. The city can't take a hit like that. They would have bikers and taxpayers all over them and the Police Dept.

It would make the Police look corrupt in the site of the city.


If you won that you could later sue for several other things and just maybe get some money....Your Lawyer would take alot of it though.

I would contact the Lawyer and ask him your chances in Court. He'll be honest ...Try to find a Lawyer that is well known and has favor w/ the Judges. Oh yeah it happens they find certain favor w/ the judges. I've seen it first hand when my judge showed favor to me and my lawyer and gave me a slap on the rest for a DWI charge. No jail time, low fine, 6 weeks job detail on second offense.

I take it..ON A PUBLIC STREET...that IS against the law. I can understand them not pulling you over,,Thats BS!!! Here I would have to get a warrant for you. and I'd HAVE to have a 100% POSITIVE ID on you. Can't do that without stoppin ya. I guess my point is if you found somewhere out of the way to do your stunts you wouldn't have to worry about it to start with!!!

 

well I usually do.... I ride with a professional Team (Scooter Trash) So usually its not a big deal..... I would rather just know that I was out on that date for sure...

And besides it lets cops know they can do what ever the hell they want to you and theres nothing you can do it about it .... and if that is the case the police will walk all over everyone... not just bikers!!!

See now you have a good defense!!! I would get your friend to come to court with you to say he had your bike and it was on a trailer or whatever headed to XSBA. Or get a writen/noterized statement from him saying that. Either way the judge will have to drop it due to having a REASONABLE DOUBT about it being you or not.

 

 

Get a lawer.....if they messed up writing the ticket AT ALL....(and they did, since it didnt have your info) you will be able to get out of it.

I second that...I had a cop pulled me over, gave me a ticket for 83 in a 55. ( Iwas probably going faster). Turns out he copied my license # wrong. I got a lawyer. The lawyer drilled his @ss asked him how long he was on duty... etc...Turns out he was in his 11th hour. Lawyer used this to his advantage and said , "Officer, seems to me you were tired and fatigued. Since you wrote the license # wrong and you had the license in your hand.... Good chance you read your radar wrong. Bottom line...CASE DISMISSED!!! Don't let those Kock- Suckers get away with that $hit. Especially in your case.. They really love picking on riders.....FTP...FTP...FTP!!!
