To add some light on this, if your bike is unregistered it would have to be impounded! There is no way that a cop would let you ride back home with an unregistered, uninsured vehicle.
This is the only loophole I can see with this BS that you are dealing with.
Sorry to hear it. I have famlily on the force and got ripped out of my car a month ago for not having my insurance card in the car. I was in a bad part of town and definately got profiled.
Cops get a bad rap all the time, they are good people. The officer's ID that are on the tickets should go down. If there is no shield/badge number the tickets are NULL/VOID also. Keep that in mind.......

im feeling your pain, no tickets were issued here, but we get pulled over all the time, and its not even stunting, there claiming we rev our engines """to loud""" and its noise polution, now im all about anyone on 2 wheels, but this town is filled to the brim with harleys, and they never get pulled over...we hardly ever chance stunting on public streets now...we just head for our park, and hope they cant find some

About time to wake up and realize FTP. For all those "its there job" and "I have friends that are cops", you just wait. They are power hunger A-holes who act as if they have never burned a little rubber or did anything wrong in there life. All the cops I know were the worst kids in high school. If I seen a cop shot and dying on the side of the rode I would drive by and wave. And to think they had the nerve to call my house asking for donations to the Police retirement fund. I hope there donations go to "0". Just about everyone is starting to feel this way about police, I believe the police have forgoten what side they are and who pay's there dam paycheck. FTPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.
