900rr Bogs In Balance Point

ok here is what it is doing the bike in the balance point and it acts like it is just out of power. we have put a jet kit in and checked the carbs the bike runs awsome on two wheels! id say the best i have ever felt as far as power. it just cant get right in 12's or balance point. the bike ran real good but some one ran the tank dry and was running **** gas it did run in the balance point before the tank was ran dry.

the carbs are clean as hell!!!!!!

ya they are, just bend the tabs

at the balance point you shouldn't need much power, if you are talking about it bogging down, my 929 does that when i'm rocking slow stuff....

Jay Carnes will become famous soon enough
try changing the needle height? I'd say the same thing about the floats - they'd make more sense. My 98 900rr had a jet kit and ran amazing, even when draggin on the bar.

Take a good look and see if you can modify the floats

i thought you can change the float needle which in turn somewhat adjusts the height by letting more fuel in. i know the ammount of gas in the bowls is adjustable because we do it on our race bikes....
