BMX peg sliders

what is everyone using for the slider material when you are using BMX pegs as extended frame sliders i cannot find anything that i can use someone help me out with what to get

delrin rods, milled down to slide in and out of the bmx peg. And a exhaust valve spring from an old chevy v8 inside.

i use bmx pegs on my stunt cage.tested them the other day when i wrecked at 50 mph.they held up great,and they are cheap as hell 2 buy!!!i would'nt spend alot of on frame slider,i would rather save my money for tickets
