and also did i hear you correctly you use a 20 50 weight oil and you over fill it ???

Yeah, wire the fan w/ an ignition (switched) wire. so when you fire that hog up it comes on constantly.

Watter Wetter Comes in a clear bottle and is pink in color... you should be able to get it at a Bike shop or a high performance shop!!!

Yeah pep boys should have Water wetter. Any decent speed shop or bike shop should have "Engine Ice" too, it comes in a half gallon jug and is a blue liquid. Has NO anti-freeze proerties in it though...


As for the oil, I don't really know. 10-40 wt. oil will run at 10 wt. when hot and 40 when cold. So they way I ride, my ****'s ALWAYS hot, so with 20-50, I know my oil's still got a good 20 wt. vicosity... which would be the same as 10-40 under normal riding conditions.

Then again, what the **** do I know? I may be wrong, somebody please tell me if I am. I destroy bikes for fun... LOL

But Mobil 1 Motorcycle oil is the best **** out there from what I know....

You are incorrect. The first number is the cold number. A 10w40 pours like a 10 wt. when cold and acts like a 40 wt. when warmed up. Also the warm wt. should be at normal operating temperature not just when super hot.

I do. I recently Burnt a bearing on my Gsxr1000, WAY too quick. I'm not taking anymore chances... 8 dollars for an extra quart or a grand for a new motor.

not really, the crank may have excess windage which could cost a few horses but your motor will always be lubricated. The only problems i can imagine might be oil leaks or something similiar but i've been runnin an exta qt since i bought the bike new and everything's still cool

I remember hearing some sh*t about the 929 being great for verical stuff because of location of the oil pump it keeps oil moving in the motor. Any1 want to confirm that?

yea i heard that too that the oil pick up was in the back of the motor
