i have made trikes before at my work out of goldwings for peopel that are parapalegic, have to have pretty good upper body strength and the bike also carries thier wheelchair, has to be fold up powerchair or a manual. its pretty cool though, there is a white one in a garage here i could take a pic of if i remember to take digital camera....

Not sure why they did that but there's a dude in the January issue of Motor Cyclist who lost both legs to a bomb blast while in the army. He built something similar out of an 03 Gixxer 1k. I guess that would be a good reason but those Busa's look more like show bikes.
