Big bore vs. little bore

I'm riding a '96 ZX6R right now. My first bike, had it 2+ years. I'm sick of lolly-gagging it around, and group riding like a sissy. At the end of this summer I got into some basic stunts. Sit downs, stand-ups, rolling stoppies, seat-stands etc . .

I haven't been able to get sliders, or a cage for it and I wanna do some advanced stunts. I'm sick of 1st gear wheelies, and being under-powered. Do I need a 750/929/1000 or can I gear the **** out of my 6 and be ok ????

I'd perfer a gsxr 1000 or 750 for the power, parts availability and I know they wheelie nice in 2nd & 3rd. They also have a nice tank to smack in and sit on . . .

I can probably sell my 600 and with the money get a beat up gixxer.

suggestions??

andrew gobeille is an unknown quantity at this point
newer 600s have plenty of power but i would go with a different bike than a 96 zx6r
