Unhappy Worse injuries...

Just seeing what kinda injuries you guys have sustained while looping a wheelie. My boy just got his bike about 4 months ago and just looped it on Sunday. He was getting pretty good too, thats the bummer! Anyway, he broke the chit outta his right arm, sprained a coupla fingers and wrist on his left hand. Sprained his left ankle, not too bad of road rash, and bruised some ribs. He got really lucky considering it was a 2nd gear sit down freeway wheelie. So lets hear it...whatcha got?

Ive never looped a wheelie but have injuries from stunt crashes...concussion...broke and sliced my nose up....stitches on nose and left temple impact gash ...all these injuries while wearing a helmet. My health insurance...bike insurance...are still debating on who should pay the 34,000 dollar bill....glad its covered though.

I crashed into some bushes one night last december. The bike hit a curb, I flew face first into some bushes and got knocked the fsck out and the tail of the bike hit me in the back. 5 clean broken ribs and 2 cracked ones next to my spine and a collapsed lung. Didnt go to the hospital until the next night. It hurt but I thought I would be cool. The lung is what got me.

Concusion, torn rotorary cup in my shoulder, tore all the muscles in my shoulder down to my lower back, dislocated right knee, demolished left knee (had surgery to fix some of it), damaged nerves in my left side, little rash here and there and some burns everyonce in a while. It's all GOOD now though.

1 1/2 months ago, Slid off the tank at 50+ mph from a peg to tank combo. No jacket. Just helmet, gloves, shirt, pants, shoes. All i got was road rash everywhere. No broken bones.

Feb. 2003

Fell off at 51mph pavement skiing off the back. I was trying to get back on and i fell off upside down when my foot kicked the road. All i got was road rash on my *** and elbow.

All i do is tuck and roll. I don't try to stop myself from rolling. I think that is the key why i haven't broke any bones

damm, theres some crazy injuries...glad to hear most of ya got right back on-when you could.i have only gotten some road rash(so far, knock on wood) stunting really, i fuked up coming down from being crossed up and tapped the throttle and there i went.i try to make sure my brake is covered if my foot is there but i really want a finger brake....

i had to look back in some old threads to find this pic... i got run off the road, hit a rock ledge at 55 or so and broke fib, tib, patela, femur, foot, toe, wrist (ummm i think thats it) on my right side like 8yrs ago.... broke my collar bone racing my buddy to work half asleep 2monthes ago and believe it- tuck and roll saved my *** cause i was going every bit of 100mph if not a little more

There is only 2 kind of rider, the one who fell and the one who will fall .

My only fall was a turn taken too fast, but nothing serious.
