i would get that checked out once scar tissue starts to form it very difficult to remove u could have permanent damage... u do not need ur acl to stand or walk ur muscles can compensate for the loss but once there is tissue build up it will be hard to reattach the original ligament or a corpse ligament ( those go for about 5 g's a pop)

not trying to scare u just letting u know time can run out and u may reach a point that ur knee will become inoperable as long as u don't run exstensively or lift heavy weights it will be fine... ridin' a bike u should never have a problem... but look down the road
