I hate the exust valve on my 929. it makes the torque curve all weird and the stupid jump at 3000 sucks. i took the servo off on my gixxer and it made the power a little smother from idle and I think I am going to do it on the 929. It didn't make the bike ride bad. I dont even know why they put exust valves on the bikes. I like The way it rides better without it.

I took all that stuff out. Airbox flaps, exhaust valve, all the cables. It runs good. And the idle chills where I want it to. I'm almost done with the complete set-up...I'll let yall know how it is when I'm done.

this is what i don't understand. with the vaulve out there is a big ****in hole. just leave that wide open? or put the vaulve in to where it's open and bolt it up. just unhook the cables or completley take them off?

You put a bolt through the hole and a nut on the other side of the square piece....

Get a chain and sprocket kit for your bike and you'll be rockin no handed **** with no problem. I'm -2 and +10 on mine and the bike stays up like a champ. Try these guys they have Insane Sprockets SPROCKET SPECIALISTS

let me get this

is your bike not revin down when you let off?? I mean more like that it is comin down slow. If this is the problem you have to resink the carbs. Also you might want to try palyin with the air screws. But don't go crazy with them. I have fixed a bike with this prob before and that worked. Let me know how it works out.
P.S. I am not some dumbass kid either just say this. I am the head mechanic at Machines Of Mayhem

i had a full system on my mint 929 and it didn't have an idle problem, it idled just fine.
Ive riden there bikes and they work but still act funny...definitely not the tourque pull of a 900rr which is what i think everyone would like...i guess its just a different game with 929...900rr better for slow stuff but wont run on bar as long...929 run on bar better but not as good as 900 as far as bottom tourque creepen.
