circle wheelies
what are some of the pro's using for circle wheelies as far as gearing? and tire pressure? i've noticed in pictures and videos that the tire pressure isn't that low. what size rear sprocket should you use for circles and slow stuff. already 1 down front and 8 up in rear on a 93 900rr. any suggestions? also how do you get the bike to turn a tight circles ? upper body or lower body movement.

that's pretty good gearing. the deeper gearing you go the easier it is.
I'm 1 down 11up most of the time (I like to ride places too) and use alot of clutch in my circles. I only get about 4 w/ that gearing cause I suck.
when I put my 2 down on it's a bit easier....
I couldn't even verbalize how to do it. I just ride along then twist the bike at the clip ons or pegs and let it lean. 1/2 on the clutch and just kinda gas clutch brake as needed.
more gearing = better idle at slower speed, less need for clutch...and you can just use the brake and body position to regulate the circles.
Practice!
