In Regards to the second pic:

Eric starting doing something similiar to that, except instead of putting his left foot behind the bike, kicks it up over the front.... I call it "WTF" lol.....

The second one is pimp ! I've been doing a variation of the first one I start in a flamingo them go to a 1/2 frog I guess or just throw one leg over the upper.
