ride an 01 big gixxer, one fork seal was bad and I totally blew the other one out this week end.If I continue riding with no fluid could this damage the internals and what kind of settings do you guys run for stunting.

If you get any debris in the forks, it will need to be rebuilt soon. It can easily destroy the valve assembly in the fork.

fork oil is a bit overated, lack of it will KILL ur stoppies-repair the problem and run stiff

Yeah oil on the brakes=no stoppies. And yes if you let it go long enough that there is no oil left it would have the same effect as no oil in your motor=seized up. I got my preload cranked all the way down. Don't know if it helps or not.
