finding industrial zones to practice
I've been looking for realty sites online for commercial/industrial zones. Found a good amount of stuff, but its a big pain in the ***. you gotta look through lots of small localish sites but I did find one that would've been perfect... an old furniture warehouse with a monster loading lot, totally flat and empty but its in view of the highway, so its out.
If you find one with an address punch it into mapquest's new Arial photography thing and you can tell how secluded it is or not. It has arial data for most cities.

Im gonna call this one tommorow.
139 ACRE TRACT - adjoining new Harrisonburg Industrial Park. $1,736,000. Kline Commercial Realty 540-434-9922, 1-877-348-5372.
Anyone have any ideas on going about finding a place to practice?
